Use of this web site is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the web site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

Once processed, your order will generally be despatched in two to three working days.  You will be informed of any delays or stock issues when the order is placed.

Payment is required at point of order.

You agree and acknowledge that the information and views contained anywhere on the web site shall not in any way constitute professional advice and that any advice or information you may receive through the web site is in no way a substitute for professional advice

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery but ONLY if the goods are unused, in original condition, in their original packing and complete with all labelling and documentation. You must contact us within 28 days of purchase if you are not 100% satisfied with your product or if it is defective.   Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Returns are accepted with phone or email authorisation.  We cannot accept returns that are sent back without prior authorisation.  Do not return items without receiving the returns number by phone or email.

Email address:  This is essential to buy from us.  We have a contractual responsibility to send you information about your order, such as confirmation of the order, to advise you when we have despatched your order.

We will ask you to confirm whether you are happy for us to share your phone number and email address with the courier delivering your order in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery (for example if they can’t find your address, or if there is a delay)
